MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 5 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Wakaya Perfection Fijian Kosher Sea Salt
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. shallots, minced
- 4 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. star anise powder
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag, pour Marinade
over them and seal. Refrigerate for 3 hours. - Heat grill and cook tenderloins for 7–8 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
