Our pure, unprocessed kosher sea salt imbues your food with the flavor and serenity of the Koro Sea, which laps gently onto the shores of Fiji. It’s harvested from apple-green reefs and solar dried on pristine beaches under the island sun. Our large, sparkling crystals retain the vitamins and minerals lost in the processing methods of many salts, and they enliven any dish with a rich taste and satisfying crunch. The only thing unnatural about our salt is people’s obsession with it.
