INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄8 - 1⁄4 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
- 1 cup crushed ice, handful fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. simple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle ice and mint in a shaker.
- Add fresh lemon juice, vodka, sugar syrup, and Wakaya Perfection Organic Ginger Powder.
- Shake well and pour into a tall glass to serve.
[Suggestion: Top up with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.]
