- 2 tsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Fijian Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Wakaya Perfection Organic Pink Fijian Ginger Powder
- 1⁄2 cup peanut oil
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tsp. garam masala 21⁄2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 lbs. shrimp (about 16–20), peeled and deveined
- Place all ingredients except the shrimp in a blender; blend well.
- Pour mixture into large bowl, add shrimp and coat well;
- Place shrimp on a preheated grill and cook 3–4 minutes per side.
